The Unibet Sign-Up Offer can be completed using the Bonus Lock-In Calculator and the regular Matched Betting Calculator, as mentioned in the write-up, and these work perfectly for the offer. However, I've created a dedicated calculator for the offer in spreadsheet format, since it can be confusing to work out what to do with the Unibet offer, and where the profits come from.
The Unibet Calculator breaks down what to do at each stage, depending on what has happened with previous bets, and gives full details of the projected profits that will be made before they are placed, as well as giving actual positions at different stages throughout the offer.
You can download the calculator here:-
The calculator is intended to be self-explanatory, but here is a guide for good measure!
Each section of the calculator will be revealed as you go along, if this is necessary for you to use. If your qualifying bet wins, for example, the bonus wagering sections won't appear at all, since they won't be used.
Qualifying Bet
Here is an example bet filled into the calculator:-
The 'Overall Results' section tells you the overall position you will have at the end of the offer, whether your bookmaker qualifying bet wins or loses. It assumes that you make exactly 90% of your bonus amount as profit.
Once you have placed the bet, you can set the 'Outcome of qualifying bet' drop-down to 'Pending'. This is just a label, and doesn't change anything displayed by the calculator.
You will need to save a copy of the calculator and then keep saving it as you progress through the offer, to maintain the figures entered into it.
Qualifying Bet Wins
If your qualifying bet wins, set the 'Outcome' box to 'Won':-
Your actual overall position will then be displayed in the bottom section:-
As it mentions, the offer is complete since you won't get a bonus, and will have locked in the profit shown.
Qualifying Bet Loses
If your qualifying bet loses, set the 'Outcome' box to 'Lost':-
Again, the projected overall position will be shown in the box at the bottom:-
To see your projected overall position, this will be shown in the 'Overall Results' section above:-
If your qualifying bet loses at Unibet, you will need to proceed to the 'Bonus Wagering 1' section.
Bonus Wagering 1
If your first bet lost at Unibet, you will receive a bonus that needs wagering three times. To ensure that you will be able to complete the wagering with a maximum of two further bets, you need to use odds of 2.0 or higher. This ensures that you will have at least £80 in your account if the first bonus wagering bet wins, and you will then be able to complete the wagering with the second bonus wagering bet.
The calculator is set up to show an error message if your choose a stake that is lower than your bonus amount (£40 if you got the full bonus amount, which you will get if you staked £40 for your qualifying bet):-
It also shows an error message if you select odds under 2.0:-
You can set the bet to 'Not placed' and then 'Pending' once you have placed it. Once it has settled, you need to select whether it has won or lost.
First Bonus Wagering Bet Loses
Set the 'Outcome' box to 'Lost':-
The section at the bottom will break down how much profit you will make overall from the offer, and how much you lost at each stage of the offer:-
It will also tell you that the offer is complete. As mentioned in the section above, your profit will all be in the exchange.
First Bonus Wagering Bet Wins
Set the 'Outcome' box to 'Won':-
The section at the bottom will tell you how much you have lost so far, and your projected profit, which assumes a rating of 97% for your 2nd and final bonus bet:-
You will then need to move onto the 'Bonus Wagering 2' section of the calculator.
Bonus Wagering 2
If your first bonus wagering bet wins, you will have at least £80 in bonus funds in your account, and will be able to complete the offer with just one more bet. You should move onto the 'Bonus Wagering 2' section and fill it in for a bet as follows:-
Once the bet has settled, you need to select either 'Won' or 'Lost', depending on the outcome of your bet.
Second Bonus Bet Wins
Set the 'Outome' to 'Won':-
Your final position will then be shown at the bottom, with a break down of your profit:-
Second Bonus Bet Loses
Set the 'Outcome' to 'Lost':-
The final position for the profit will be shown at the bottom:-
