If you’re unable to access some of our tools or a bookmaker website, quite often there’s a simple solution for this. The first thing to try would be refreshing your browser, this can be found at the top of your browser, near the web address bar.
If this doesn’t work, you’d then need to try clearing your cookies.

If you still have no success after taking these steps, you may need to try using a different browser or try using your current browser in incognito/private mode.
In addition, many web browsers are now doubling down on user privacy. Currently, Apple's Safari browser will have settings enabled by default that can lead to websites and some of our tools malfunctioning.
To troubleshoot this issue. Visit Safari preferences (CMD + ,) and click the privacy tab. Untick 'Prevent cross-site tracking' and 'block all cookies.'

Another step to try is clearing web history. You can do this by simply clicking the 'Safari' dropdown in the task bar along the top of your device.
