There is currently an issue with some banks connecting to our payment system, bringing up a #12202 error, which our Technical team are working on resolving. We would really appreciate it if you could answer these questions, so we can try and narrow down the issue.
• Were you presented with a 'pop up' from your card issuer?
• If so, were you able to enter the details requested without apparent issue?
• Are you using a phone or Desktop? • What Browser and Operating System are you using?
• What bank are you with?
• Debit or Credit?

We would ask at this time that you have a different method of payment, then please use this. The easiest way would be to use PayPal and just link the same card that is being declined. We have found that this nearly always solves the issue. You can easily create a new PayPal for yourself, they are free to set up and very handy to have to make online payments.
